Shipping

We only accept UK & Northern Ireland orders

Any orders placed to a region we dont deliver to will be refunded

We do not accept any overseas orders.

Any overseas order that have been paid will be refunded.

Refunds

We will offer a full refund within 7 days of dispatch if goods are damaged or mis-sent. We will not accept returns without prior agreement. Return postage will be at the purchaser’s cost. Returned products must be in original packaging and unused. We will refund postage where goods are returned due manufacturing faults.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 2 to 3 days, however some products are made to order and may take longer.

Products will only be dispatched after receipt of cleared funds.

Delivery will normally be within 3-4 working days from dispatch.

Delivery is usually made by DPD, who will attempt to deliver 3 times; after which the parcel will be returned to us.

You will be notified (by email) that it has been returned. If you wish your parcel to be resent you will unfortunately have to cover the postage cost.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a WaxMelsFife product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, WaxMelsFife reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. WaxMelsFife reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, WaxMelsFife shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by WaxMelsFife without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
