SHIPPING INFORMATION
Welcome to WaxMeltsFife's shipping information section. We are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Our shipping methods are efficient, and we ensure secure packaging to protect your order during transit.
We only accept UK & Northern Ireland orders
We do not accept any overseas orders.
Any orders placed in a region we don't deliver to will be refunded
Any overseas order that has been paid will be refunded.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch same day (except weekends), however some products are made to order and may take longer.
Products will only be dispatched after receipt of cleared funds.
Delivery will normally be within 3-4 working days from dispatch.
Orders £20 or below will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Tracked.
Delivery is usually made by DPD, who will attempt to deliver 3 times; after which the parcel will be returned to us.
For Customers in Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland Delivery will be Royal Mail or Hermes.
You will be notified (by email) that it has been returned. If you wish your parcel to be resent you will unfortunately have to cover the postage cost.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At WaxMeltsFife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds
We will offer a full refund within 7 days of dispatch if goods are damaged or mis-sent. We will not accept returns without prior agreement. Return postage will be at the purchaser’s cost. Returned products must be in original packaging and unused. We will refund postage where goods are returned due manufacturing faults or damaged (proof must be provided).
